Check-in is possible with the passport available and a 100% payment made for the whole lodging period (exceptions are only possible for a long period).
We value our reputation, as well as the condition of our apartments. Therefore the latter are provided to you for lodging only and are not supposed to serve as a place for holding entertainment events like birthday parties, banquets, holidays etc. The same goes for spirit rapping, cartomancy etc. Please avoid from making noise and loud music from 10 pm till 7 am.
Please leave the apartments in a clean and tidy condition after lodging. The Tenant is obliged to submit the apartment in the same condition as when settling (garbage taken out, kitchenware washed up).

Settling with pets is possible with extra fee and must be agreed in advance with the administration.
Smoking in the apartments is strictly forbidden! Penalty for smoking is imposed at the amount of 100,-eur.
It is also forbidden to leave strangers in the apartments without a prior consent to their lodging made.
The lodger shall bear a full financial liability for the assets in the apartments of residence. In case of property damage the lodger is obliged to compensate for it. Guests are absolutely forbidden to utilize the white goods improperly, as well as cause damage to it (e.g. leaving stains of food, coffee, wine etc.)
It is forbidden to make any re-arrangements inside the flat: shift the furniture, change the interior decorations, as well as to take out the furniture, bedclothes and other property in the apartments.
Check-out time – 11 am. Arrival after 3 pm, departure before 11 am. Early arrival and departure are negotiated individually. Pay attention: even though you may have arrived last evening and paid a daily value, you are to depart no later than 11 am!
In case of a violation to the Rules (not specified number of people, noise , fight, complaints from neighbors etc.), you will be evicted immediately, no matter what time of day, no money returned. In case of a refuse to the eviction, we reserve the right to engage police and security.
